Six weeks until the NFL draft, another one bites the dust. Former Mississippi St. quarterback Dak Prescott was arrested yesterday evening for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

As of late, the Dallas Cowboys had scheduled a workout with Dak for the upcoming week. He had also met with 30 of 32 NFL teams while in Indianapolis at the NFL combine. Many of which had Dak climbing up their draft boards after his performance on and off the field at the combine.

As to where this will lead Mr. Prescott, the future is uncertain. At the same time, NFL executives will be left questioning themselves on where to place Prescott for draft boards if indeed he’s even on the radar of teams anymore. One thing that will be certain, he’ll have some serious explaining to do before any NFL execs consider him a serious draft prospect and future leader of their NFL team.
