Each year, tech geeks and Mac lovers rally around for the live presentation on the latest and greatest products that are in the works from Apple. This years presentation took place in the Silicon Valley at the Apple Headquarters.
During the conference Apple executives spoke on the release of a newer and smaller iPhone named, the iPhone 7 SE, taking the place of the “C” class that Apple brought forth a few years back with the iPhone 5. “The iPhone SE marks a reversal in the prevailing trend among handset makers who have been supersizing their phones each year. Apple’s latest phone is designed to woo those who haven’t embraced the larger, 4.7-inch iPhone 6S or who don’t have the financial means to buy the most expensive models, which start at $650″. (CNET)
Perhaps the most exciting feature on the iPhone 7 SE will be the new 12 megapixel camera, as featured on the iPhone 6S as well.
Apple also released information on a newer iPad Pro, that will be slightly smaller than the previous 12.9 inch iPad released in September. “The 9.7-inch iPad Pro. Like its larger, 12.9-inch sibling, it too can connect to Apple’s $149 keyboard and work with the $99 Pencil stylus. The tablet can also connect to a USB camera adapter and SD card reader. As with other Apple mobile devices, the new iPad Pro also has a 12-megapixel camera that can capture 4K video. It starts at $599 and comes with 32 gigabytes of storage. The 128GB model costs $749″. Overall, it’s an exciting time for Apple users as the newer products are released to the public. I’m sure there will be some surprises as release dates get closer, whether a few more rumored phones will hit stores, new computers, and perhaps some maybe a new software will come to surface. Til then, we’ll wait and see…
